OUR returns procedure

Should your item be damaged during shipping or be faulty, we have a returns procedure that our customers must follow.

Please note that you can only return items if there is an issue with the contents such as damages, mould or other contaminants.

  1. Should this happen on the rare occasion, please get in touch as soon as possible to let us know.

  2. Please take a photo or photos of the contents so that we can assess the issue.

  3. We will respond within 24 hours with our decision and we may request that the product be returned to us for further inspection.

  4. Once we have agreed that the issue is valid, we will reimburse you for your payment.

  5. You will not need to return the item, unless we request this.

  6. We will reimburse you for the postage cost if you return the item and we agree that there is a defect or damage.
