Terms and conditions of trade for Limooshopping.

Our Products

At Limooshopping we source or natural products direct from the growers and do all we can to ensure that our products are of the highest natural quality. However, should you receive a package of our dried fruits, nuts or Jars and there is an issue, please do not hesitate to contact us. Call or email us with the issue and where possible please send us a photo or photos to help us assess the issue.

Payments

We accept most major credit and debit cards for orders. All orders are processed through our payment provider, PayPal. As such, your personal information is safe and compliant with GDPR and personal data law in the EU and UK. Should there be any issue with a payment, please contact PayPal, or your bank, to resolve this.

Orders

We have made the process of ordering a product as easy as possible for our customers. Online ordering is a smooth process and we send out all processed ordered within 2-3 working days. Our dried fruit and nuts are packaged in UK and EU in compliant food safe packaging and these are put into bubble wrap envelopes for shipping/posting to you. If you have any questions about ordering our products please email or call us with your questions, as we are always happy to help.

Postage / Shipping

Our products are sent using Royal Mail UK Standard 1st, Europe Standard, Worldwide Standard services. Our Signed For options are for our peace of mind and our customers. For our Signed For shipping options we send via an international signed for service. This means that on the rare event that something should go wrong during transit, we are covered for loss. Should a package not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please do not hesitate to contact us to let us know and we can liaise with Royal Mail in the UK to resolve the issue.

Royal Mail have set processes in place for lost post items and as such they have a set timescale for missing post as on the rare event that an item is mislaid, it may take several weeks for the item to be processed and delivered to you. Once the required time has passed we can then complete a claim form to recover our costs and either post out a replacement product, or issue you with a full refund.

Shipping Timescales

For UK Standard and Signed for shipping options you should receive your order in 2-3 working days from posting.

Europe and International Standard and Signed for - Europe 3-5 Days / Rest of World 5-7 days.

Returns & Refunds

For all orders, should you decide to change your mind and return sealed items, please package the item back up and send it back to us. You will be required to pay the postage costs to return your item.

Opened Packs

For opened food packs, you will only be able to return these if there is an issue with the contents such as damages, mould or other contaminants. Should this happen on the rare occasion, please get in touch as soon as possible to let us know. We will respond within 24 hours with our decision and may request that the product be returned to us for further inspection.

Please take a photo or photos of the contents so that we can assess the issue. Once we have agreed that the issue is valid, we will reimburse you for your payment. You will not need to return the item, unless we request this. We will of course, reimburse you for the postage cost if you are asked to return the item to us.

Missing Orders

If you order is missing please let us know. We use Royal Mail as our shipping company and they have set terms that we must adhere to when dealing with lost or delayed post. There is a required waiting/clearing time that needs to be followed until we can make a claim for a lost item and recoup our costs. Should this happen we can then send out a replacement item, or reimburse you for your order.

Should an item not arrive in the post by UK Standard Mail, you must notify Limooshopping within 7 Days of placing your order. Failure to notify us with those 7 days will mean that we cannot issue you with a refund. We have to wait 12 days before we can make a claim.

For International Standard orders for Europe and Worldwide you must notify us of non receipt of your order within 14 days in order for a refund to be issued. We have to wait 25 days for Europe and 32 days for international before we are able to make a claim.

For UK and International Signed For orders you must let us know within 7 days of ordered of non receipt of your order.

Please note that refunds for UK and International standard shipping can only be issued if Royal Mail agrees as it is down to their discretion to issue refunds.

Remember to get in touch with us to let us know as soon as possible should your order not arrive in good time and in the timescales stated above for UK, European and Worldwide orders.

Please note that we can only issue a refund after the required Royal Mail clearing times have passed.

Your Personal Data

The protection or your data is very important to us. All orders are processed through our online website ordering system, which is secure and stored by encryption on a server or servers with Squarespace, and international website company. They use to highest standards of data safety and security for ours and your peace of mind. Payments are handled by our Third Party Payment Provider, Stripe, which is also and international organisation. Stripe are fully GDPR and EU and UK law compliant for data protection.

Limooshopping use a newsletter signup form on our website, to collect email addresses. We do this so that we can send occasional newsletters and email promotions. These email addresses are stored securely within our website which is hosted with Squarespace, who are fully data compliant. You can unsubscribe from any newsletter or email promotion by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link.
